Technical Specifications

We specialise in producing super premium quality hookah coals in a variety of shapes and sizes. Coconut shell is selected as our raw material for its low ash content and its lack of odour during burning. The combination of our raw material selection and precision grade equipment ensures the production of a low ash, low moisture, high carbon charcoal with a smooth, dense and crack free exterior.

Inner Plastic

The inner plastic contains the charcoal which is stacked by hand at our factory. Please inform us if you would like to add silica gel or other desiccants to absorb moisture in each inner plastic.

Are you a manufacturer?
Could you produce my own label?

We have worked with a range of brands and are happy to customise anything from the charcoal shape to the final product packaging. If you do not have a box or design, we have an in house design team that can assist you free of charge with a full 20 ft container order.
How can I guarantee that the final product will be the same quality as the sample?

PT. Eco Bumi Corporindo tests each batch of charcoal produced daily at our manufacturing plant for weight, size, ash content and hardness. We listen to each customer’s concerns with quality and can adjust our testing procedures to your taste. Packing is done by our experienced packers who pick out each charcoal that is the wrong size, shape or texture. Prior to stuffing, each shipment is independently analysed by an external laboratory to determine its chemical composition (ash content, moisture, volatile matter, fixed carbon).

As a supplier, we understand that if your business goes well, our business goes well too. As it will be impossible to address any complaints once whole containers are sent, we encourage brands to check the quality of their products for themselves before the container gets sent, either by entrusting a surveyor to test at our factory or by doing a factory visit themselves.
